Family business founded in 2001 by Concepción Pons, law graduate, official Property Administrator and Real Estate Agent.

Our professional staff has years of experience in the sector, dealing with each owners’ association in a personalized way to meet their needs at all times.

Currently we have over 100 owners’ associations located in different parts of the island, which we provide with expert economic management with easy accounts, accounting transparency and constant communication.
